Manziel and Brady in the same sentence? Really?
Just pointing out that he's still incredibly young
Look at the George Foreman's and Jaromir Jagr's of the world and what they've accomplished
Some QBs don't even hit their peak and stride until their 30s when they've put it all together
Look how many we see playing in the upper 30s today
And Johnny just turned 28.
He's a young 28
Just pointing out
He's three feet tall
He has a rag arm
He's an asshole and a clubhouse cancer
He couldn't stick on a CFL roster, where midget QB's can compete
On his Wikipedia page his "controversies" section is three times as big as the "professional career" section
If you think an NFL would waste any time and money on him, you really are delusional

I think you are able to view college highlights though - I said NFL QB. There’s lots of examples of QBs who were good in college but sucked in the NFL. Johnny Football is one of them. One of them was just released.

Johnny M was one of the greatest college QB's ever but I can't see any reason to watch him play today. The guy needs to get his life together then maybe..... and that's a huge "maybe".... he can get back into football.

I don't think he was ever going to be a decent pro quarterback, even if he had a good attitude. He had a weak arm and he was a pipsqueak. He got away with a lot of gimmick run/pass things in college that NFL defenders wouldn't have fallen for. I might have taken a shot at drafting him in the 5th round, no earlier. Cleveland just took him in the 1st to sell jerseys. At the time, my wife's cat could have run an NFL team better than the Brown Stains

I'm going to let you all in on a little underground gem of a movie entitled -
The Natural
I recommend giving it a watch
It's parallel to what we're currently witnessing

Johnny trying to get back into the NFL: I always thought that was a touching heart warming scene
Would you take your brother back into your life after he accused you of banging his wife and proceeded to kick the living crap out of you?

Hmmmm.. do they really make that much selling jerseys? JM showed a lot of potential. All the sports writers/analysts etc. we're calling him a 'once in a lifetime QB'. I've never seen so much ego stroking ever. Lol I knew he wasn't going to make it in the NFL. Defensive players are much quicker in this league, which makes it harder to play like Manziel does. I even have doubts about Trevor Lawrence's chances in the NFL. It's such a huge difference between college and pro. I don't like crowning young QBs until they actually take a few snaps at the pro level. Sports analysts really do need to stop doing this.

I'll tell you what is a feel good, root for redemption story - - Markelle Fultz. The kids is going to be a star - - good for him!

I'll tell you what is a feel good, root for redemption story - - Markelle Fultz. The kids is going to be a star - - good for him! Definitely not a 'root for story'
Not until he mans up and apologies to the Philadephia fanbase and NBA fans everywhere
We shall see if he turns his career around - he still has no outside shot - and has a complete hitch in it at times like Charles Barkley swinging a golf club
Same player down there he was up here. Can penetrate and get to the hoop whenever he wants - that's where a majority of his points are coming from
Orlando is creaming their pants over him
Cute lil town that Orlando - must not have high expectations down there

Let's see, Fultz has made three 3-pointers this year. Ben Simmons has made two 3-pointers in 221 career games. Fultz is scoring 18.3 PPG and shooting 93.3% from the line; Simmons is scoring 14.3 PPG and shooting 58.6% from the line. What did you get back for him? Was that part of The Process? To think that Fultz has to apologize to Philly but Manziel doesn't have to to Cleveland is you being your usual myopic self. Fultz's career > Manziel's career

Ben Simmons -
2× NBA All-Star (2019, 2020) All-NBA Third Team (2020) NBA All-Defensive First Team (2020) NBA Rookie of the Year (2018) NBA All-Rookie First Team (2018) NBA steals leader (2020)
There's no shame at failing in life
There is shame for making excuses for your failures
Maybe one day when Fultz matures into a man - he'll apologize for his behavior here - being a scared infant in diapers afraid of the show so he cowered on the bench and at home being coddled by his Mommy

As a man with the highest of expectations, trusting the process for a decade now, you could teach them a thing or two. Maybe the Sixers will make a conference final this year if they sign Johnny Manziel.

All-Star awards aren't what they used to be. Has there ever been a worse guard at shooting three-pointers in NBA history to be an all-star?

Doc Rivers came out and stated that Ben is not a Point Guard - he's a facilitator - I think I'll go with Doc on this one

Oof. I don't think he meant that you shouldn't be able to shoot a ball, though. Oof.

Oof. I don't think he meant that you shouldn't be able to shoot a ball, though. Oof. Ben has averaged 16.3 points per game for his career
So he obviously shoots the ball
Otherwise he would average 0.00 ppg

Well I guess as long as you're happy, that's all that matters. Anyway, I went too far out of the way from the original post. The two main points: 1) Markelle Fultz is more likable than Johnny Manziel. 2) Markelle Fultz is more successful than Johnny Manziel.
