In two months I’ll start seeds indoors. It’s never too early to order seeds for the garden.

I was planning on buying some black raspberries bushes ( I know everyone is sick of me talking about black raspberries) but WKD advised against it since we have a black bear that visits once a week - the bear might come more often if we had berries, not good for the bear or for us.

I've about given up on gardening. Our weather never seems to co-operate. We did get our first seed catalog during the middle of December! I always love looking through them and try to get inspired.

Where do you live? I live in Missouri. Our weather has been very unpredictable the past few years. It either starts out wet and too cold to plant or too hot with no rain after planting. I can't water the whole garden if we don't have rain, it's just too cost prohibitive. The cold and damp starts make things so behind that they don't have a great chance of producing much. I love zucchini and fresh tomatoes, but haven't had much luck with either lately. Got our second seed catalog yesterday.

How is it going ?🌻 I got an email from the company saying that they were shipping most of my order this week and they’d ship what was on back order as soon as they got it. First week of March I’ll have seeds planted under a grow light. Like last year, the seed companies are working hard to keep up with the demand, thanks to more people gardening, thanks to covid.
