I am not a fan. I think it is a rather dull version of the Dracula story and it is held up only by Peter Cushing. I am not much of a fan of Christopher Lee as Dracula. The movie is poorly paced, lacks atmosphere and has a completely uninspired screenplay imo. I don't hate the movie, but it is thoroughly mediocre. What are you a fan of him in? You mentioned you liked Count Dooku just because Lee played him. I don't care much for him as Dracula either, but it's probably the better of his Hammer monster takes for me. |

He barely does anything in The Mummy or The Curse of Frankenstein. He is miscast in all 3 of those movies imo. I like him a lot in The Gorgon, but he doesn't play a villain in that movie.

My favorite performance of the ones I have is probably The Man With the Golden Gun, but yeah, I never really got his appeal.
