put three chocolate chip cookies on a microwaveable plate
top with mini marshmallows
put a Hershey Kiss on top and microwave for 45 seconds.
they are delicious!
PS I want to see if I can get this into the culture like s'mores. lol

Sounds decadent, En!  I'd have to find a dark chocolate substitute for the Hershey's Kiss. I don't care for milk chocolate, and Hershey's has always seemed a bit gritty, to me. |

yes mstreep, it is a snack/dessert.
I have decided that an 'enigma' is some kind of cookie/cracker/base with marshmallows and some kind of chocolate on top.
Please start calling this concoction an enigma.
