Why do the actors like Abigail Hawk (Detective Baker), Gregory Jbarra (Garrett) and Robert Clohessy (Sid Gormley) continuously get billed as guest stars for over 11 years? They (to me) seem like regular cast members and have plenty of screen time in the various episodes. They have been in a huge amount of episodes over the seasons.
