They concern potential spin-offs and Star-Lord.
TEXT:
Last month, producer Frank Marshall told Den of Geek, "There will only be one Indiana Jones and that’s Harrison Ford," but a new rumor from Daniel Richtman claims Pratt could be back in the fold. According to Richtman, Lucasfilm is looking at Pratt to play a younger version of the character. He also claims that Indiana Jones 5 is planning to set up multiple spin-off films as well as a Disney+ series and animated show. While Richtman has given good information in the past, we are certainly surprised to see these Pratt rumors resurface after they were previously debunked.

Shouldn't Alden Ehrenreich automatically get the part?

Shouldn't Alden Ehrenreich automatically get the part? Honestly, I wouldn't mind him replacing Shia LaBeouf as Mutt Williams.

Pratt can play the part of the football player college boy from the comic book where Indiana Jones discovers the lost city of Atlantis if they adapt that.

So assuming the information is true, then Disney is going to oversaturate Indiana Jones just like Star Wars. Do we really need all these spinoffs, TV shows, animated shows, etc.? It can be a bad thing to have too much of a good thing.

The Indiana Jones franchise is centered on Indiana Jones. Unless they plan something for Mutt Williams or Short Round.

They spent a metric fuck ton on Lucasfilm, I can't blame them for trying to squeeze every last drop out of it.

I like Pratt, but I don't see him as Indy. Not rugged enough. Ford could be charming, but he could also be the old fashioned cowboy. Pratt can't really do that.

Catman looks forward to one last version with Harrison Ford, with Jones as a resident in a long-term care facility leading his fellow residents on a quest to get more apple sauce with every meal.

Isn’t Chris Pratt currently older than Harrison Ford was when he first played Indy?

It'd be really easy to reboot the Young Indiana Jones series or pick up where the last one left off. I've mentioned this many times before. Seems like it'd be perfect for Disney+.

Didn't we already get young Indy twice? Yes, in the tv show and Last Crusade’s opening scene.
