Surprised at the love the Bucs are getting against the Saints. Does everyone forget how the two regular season games went this year? I'm probably gonna choose the Bucs, in all honesty. That offense is just playing so much better now than they were the last time they played the Saints. AB gets better every game. And it's really hard for a team to beat another 3 times in one season. I heard the stat that of the 22 time it has occurred, the team that won the first 2 completed the sweep 14 times. |

Okay, well I'll admit to not knowing that; I just assumed 3 game sweeps in a single season were rare. Still, like I said, it's not the only reason I'd pick the Bucs. Plus, I'd imagine the majority of those 14 teams were simply better teams and the favorites heading into their games. This game is close to a pick 'em and Tampa's offense is clicking whereas it just wasn't the last time they played. I'd honestly throw out that week 1 game as it's close to irrelevant by this point, given how different the two teams look.

Green Bay 38 - LA 9 (I think the Packers are the real deal, and Goff and the Rams can't pull a second stunt like last time. They weren't good, the Seahawkes were bad. It will be next to a slaughter, and 9 => three FGs, not more, not a single TD)
Buffalo 31 - Baltimore 17 (Lamar could do better, but big games make him nervous, he starts to think too much and thus slows down. The Bill are good, I don't Super Bowl good, but they will make this round)
KC 24 - Cleveland 27 (Puh, what to make of this... The Chief are slowing down a bit - by intention -, and this might become a problem, just like with the Steelers.
I hate it, and I also think it is stupid, to bench the best players to give them some rest, especially if you got a bye-week. Games, competitive games, are the best training possible, and it keeps you in flow. Disrupting the schedule and rhythm for two entire weeks could backfire hard. The Browns however have a momentum now, which might carry them over against sluggish Chiefs.)
Tampa Bay 51 - New Orleans 28 (It will be a glorious victory for Brady, or a total disaster, nothing in between. Both, Brees and Brady won't hold back. If the Bucs click, the will steamroll the Saints, if not, then they will be crushed like bugs. But I hope, and I believe, that Tom and his team have made the needed progress over the last week, and they will "click".)
So it will be two upset victories for me.
