Jason Momoa on his character:
“It’s been hard because people always think I’m just this dude who plays [macho characters]. But I want to be moved, I want something new. Things are changing, and even the villain roles I’m playing now are eccentric. I’m a peacock at the highest level and I’m having the time of my life.”
Good lord Momoa is such a giant arrogant douche bag. (don't tell him I said that though I like having my limbs in tact )

"...L.A. residents are set to protest against Fast & Furious 10 shooting in the local community due to frustrations over reckless driving within the area."
oh give me a fucking break All of those wild racing/action scenes in those big dumb F&F movies are all performed by licensed professionals with years & years of training as stunt men and women. Not to mention they are granted permits and are regulated. IMO the residents of LA have a bit more pressing issues that they need to worry about such as homicides are set to reach a 15 year high in Los Angeles. Not to mention all forms of crimes are thru the roof as well as rampant homelessness all over the city. abc7.com/los-angeles-homicides-crime-report/12046605/According to Variety, the action film's production has caused issues in the local community. Residents, frustrated by noise and the unsafe conditions created by the shoot in Angelino Heights, are planning a protest against Fast X this Friday. The article also points to outrage from the community that street racing, which is at a current high in the city and responsible for local casualties, is glorified in the Fast and Furious franchise. Even outside the world of street racing, Variety reports that L.A. saw a huge increase in reckless driving during the pandemic, resulting in more traffic and pedestrian deaths. For further details, see an email from a resident acquired by Variety below:go fuck yourselves LA

I can’t fucking stand how people are like “omg California is one of the best states to live in!!” If it is then how come there’s so much fucking crime and homeless people? It clearly can’t be that great of a state if people from California keep moving to red states. Just saying.

Without getting too political, they get what they voted for (AKA what they deserve ) also it should be noted those stupid F&F movies haven't really focused on street racing at all since Tokyo Drift (which came out waaay back in 2006) last time I checked, I haven't read about any innocent minded choir boys attempting to drive thru a number of skyscrapers in LA for the sake of going viral.

In a new Instagram post, Vin Diesel shares a look at Dominic Toretto's muscle car in Fast X, which appears to be the same model his character drove in 2009's Fast & Furious and very briefly in 2001's The Fast and the Furious.

Nobody ever dies and everybody is a good guy. This franchise just gets worse with each installment.

Nobody is ever dead. I'm still waiting for a spin-off that's the Shaw siblings (since they un-killed and then un-badguyed Owen Shaw and they made Deckard a goodie, plus Hetty was always firmly in camp Good Guy), and their mama. Granted, HOBBS & SHAW isn't far off, just need to add the last Shaw sibling (Luke Evans could maybe squeeze a few scenes in, between his albums and his TV shows), and they've got it.
