He's got quite a cast building up for this movie. I haven't seen such a big cast for a Russell film since American Hustle.

He's got quite a cast building up for this movie. I haven't seen such a big cast for a Russell film since American Hustle. I suspect it's gonna be something similar to that: a sprawling ensemble drama. But I kind of wish he did something different for a change.

Perhaps but I'd like if he did something like an epic scaled message movie, something that Preminger or Kramer would had done.

I just don't think perhaps Russell has that talent at all, even his largest scale movie which was Three Kings, still felt very linear, and self aware. |
