Here's a question for those who would consider character in voting.

If two guys have identical borderline+ stats where they would probably get in at some point in the middle years of eligibility, and...

Guy 1 is an offensive dick throughout his career but is ok post career
Guy 2 is ok during his career but an offensive dick post career.

Who should/would get in?

They're bordering, so easy decision for me. Neither, fuck them both.

I'm assuming we're talking about A-Rod levels of dickishness, (who, let's not forget, hired PI's to investigate umpires to blackmail them into getting favorable calls), not Jeff Kent/Bryce Harper like dickishness.
