Any of you ever seen this movie starring Michael Biehn? If you take Total Recall (1990) and have it set on Earth instead of Mars, this is basically what you'd get. Leonard Maltin Movie Guide Review: Timebomb (1991) - 2.5 out of 4 stars"When mysterious people try to kill watchmaker Biehn, he finds to his surprise he has the skills to defeat them. He then kidnaps psychologist Kensit to try to find out who he really is. Intriguing premise effectively blends sci-fi and spy elements, with good performances a real plus, but soon the improbable overtakes the unlikely."

I've not seen this. I'd like to see it. Thanks for the topic.
I do like 'Timecop' (1994).

Had never even heard of it, until back in late 2019. Bought it through a rather expensive used DVD copy, and I guess I should have not gone in with so much expectations, at least on the entertaining bit that is. Sure, Biehn did a pretty good job, and Patsy Kensit was quite a babe back then, but I see that I rated it with a 5/10, and since I did not keep the DVD in my collection, that means I will not likely bother with it again.
From what I remember, it opened very promising, had a few decent, one very gritty and brutal fight scene, where Biehn makes great use of a bedsheet against a far bigger opponent. But somehow, it just ended up falling flat and turned into a cheap looking tv-movie.
Anyway, for fans of Michael Biehn, I guess it might be an interesting film, some may probably like it far more than myself, but I would rather have a re-watch of Navy Seals (1990) than Timebomb.
Speaking of Biehn, I just recently saw him up against Michael York, in a millennium themed sci-fi/horror movie called Omega and Alpha 2 or Meggido (2001), which was quite a ridiculous ride, loved seeing York as the bad guy.

Thanks for the outline. 'Navy Seals' is a good one.
It's a shame Patsy Kensity didn't get better roles in low budget action films after the success of 'Lethal Weapon 2' (1989). I think she returned to better work back home in England where she landed stronger parts in comedy and drama.

Yeah, Navy Seals is a fun film, but sadly it never quite seemed to work out for Biehn, by trying the leading man role, instead he has done a good job as a very solid character actor.
Speaking of Patsy Kensit, last summer I did have a pretty good time, watching her in the surprisingly fun sci-fi/action-horror film Full Eclipse (1993), where she starred against Bruce Payne and Mario Van Peebles in a werewolf S.W.A.T. team, who started to go out of their way of dealing with the criminals, and yeah, it is not a "great" movie, but more of a video film release, I guess, still I ended up rating it with a 6/10, for the fun and explosive ride it was.

There's so many old timer actors that fell off the radar for me--like Michael York. Last time I saw him was Austin Powers 1.
I saw TimeBonb though--wasn't Tracy Scoggins an assassin?
That reminds me of another 90s film Temptation--starring Jeff Fahey and Alison Doody.

I think the last time I saw him in anything "new", was probably in a few episodes of Curb Your Enthusiasm, but I guess that is at least 8-10 years ago, or maybe even more.
