Also isn't one of a producers main job is to organize, manage, and coordinate resources to get a product (in this case products) on the screen? The amount it took to get the MCU on the screen and keep it on the screen is a Herculean effort. Be solid enough to have a structure in place so that the movies could grow, but flexible enough to shift and move with the fickle nature of the audience's preferences.
