Not entirely, but I'm making a solid effort.
For example, on my trip to the grocery store (Safeway) earlier today, I spent $100, and the only processed food I purchased was four cans of "Heart Healthy" Campbell's Chunky Soup (normally $2.49/can - on sale for a quarter each), a dozen French rolls from the day-old rack for 99 cents, most of which I'll freeze, and some CoffeeMate French Vanilla creamer (an occasional treat).
The results from my shift away from the typical American diet have been quite encouraging. I've lost some weight, most of my health problems have vanished or become minimal, and my skin looks better than it did 25 years ago!

Almost all food is "processed" in some way nowadays so I think it would be very hard to eat an entirely non-processed diet.

Silly topic, everything involves some sort of process.

Eliminate no, but cut down drastically, yes. A common breakfast for me is banana or apple with homemade almond butter. Lunch is a salad with nothing but whole ingredients and a squirt of lemon. Dinner is often a sweet potato or a piece of fish with steamed or grilled veggies.
