I feel that I do as well. My iTunes library has just over 6700 songs on it.
However, as I broaden my horizons with regards to music, I am constantly downloading songs from iTunes that I discover - some of them completely by accident!

Sort of. years back I decided to listen to my entire music library each album one by one. I started 6 years ago and I'm nowhere near at the end of listening to my whole collection.

physically, yes because i'm running out of space to store them all That's why I don't keep too many cd cases around. I mostly keep cds in a cd storage case.

Well, There's too much music out there for start. There's stuff on my RYM wishlist from 2013 that I haven't listened to yet.

I have mine on my shelves with my DVDs and Blu-rays. I barely play the physical cd. I have 232 GB of music on my computer. Mostly because I rip all of the cds to a Loss-less format

Not too much music, too little Mp3 space.

Well, There's too much music out there for start. There's stuff on my RYM wishlist from 2013 that I haven't listened to yet. I think this is more the issue. There's just so much out there, so much history, so many obscurities from the past being rediscovered and so much new music being made. No one with any real serious interest in music could ever get close to listening to all the music they'd like to (not "properly" at least).
