Brady to Evans for the TD and the Bucs take the lead 10-6. This is a big deal for Mike Evans as in the build-up to the game some experts were saying he's owned by Marshon Lattimore (he's from Cleveland, Ohio!) and may not be a factor. The coverage was good but Evans used his body well.

I think Drew Brees has cut down on the interceptions in the last few seasons. I trust Tom Brady more with the football, but Brees is explosive and can pile on the points.
QB George Blanda played in the 1940s, 1950s, 1960s and 1970s. Blanda once threw 42 interceptions in a season for the Houston Oilers, back when they played 14 games. He could show these two young pups a thing or two.

I remember George Blanda very well. He stuck around because he was a good kicker but he got a lot of games at QB because Daryl Lamonica was fragile. Damn, those Raiders teams of the 70's had personality.

You got to love the NFL playoffs; wish we had a team here.🙁 Kind of surprised Toronto doesn’t by this point. With the NFL looking to expand to London they could just as easily look closer to home. Maybe it has to do with the CFL keeping the NFL out?? |
