Any chance that Mahomes comes back? I'm not sure what concussion protocol dictates, but when you look that dazed it's hard to imagine that they'd let you back in. It didn't even really look like he got hit in the head. I thought he was nursing his leg when he got up, but clearly he was out of it for a second there. I thought it was the way his head landed straight against the turf that got him. No way he should be allowed to come back in.

They were glazed over and he clearly didn't seem to know where he was. Not sure what caused it though. Wasn't helmet to helmet and it didn't look like he hit the ground too hard. If he does come back in then the NFL needs to investigate it but its not like they actually care about player safety. |

T's and P's to Mahomes but damn so many people jumping on the hit being dirty narrative. It looked clean to me just the result was unfortunate. I don't know. He had him wrapped around the neck and spiked his head like a WWE move. If that's legal it shouldn't be. |

So many good teams have garbage as a backup. If Aaron Rodgers get hurt it's Tim Boyle or Jordan Love, They have a combined four pass attempts. If Josh Allen goes down, it's Matt Barkley. Bye bye Buffalo. If Brady-Boo gets hurt, it's Blaine Gabbert. There's a confidence builder. The Browns have Case Keenum, which isn't as bad as the others. New Orleans is solid, Jameis and Taysom Hill. Granted, there isn't a slew of quality QB floating around. I wish the Bills had given Jake Fromm, the 3rd string, a few snaps. He has to be better than Barkley.

None are the same and each body responds differently to them. Its not like another injury where the recovery time is 1 week. He could be fine tomorrow or could still have symptoms for months. I've had 2, one was a day the other resulted in what felt like migraines for a couple weeks. |

Mahomes was starting to slide so momentum had the defender towards his head yet managed no helmet to helmet and just wrap tackled him. Just happened to be around his neck via his slide. Unfortunate imo but not malicious. |
