Did you write this, frogs? Did I? Author lays it on awfully thick. I disagree about this potentially being his biggest win. 6 Super Bowls and at least every road AFC championship game win would rank ahead of this. I don't agree with biggest win at all - it's just the NFC Championship game and he's got 6 SBs
Now if he does win this years Super Bowl - I do believe that will be his biggest/greatest win ever......

I guess you can make the argument, with his age and a new team and all that. I still think Super Bowls 36, 51 and maybe even 49 were bigger wins.

I’m surprised by this thread, Frogs. More than anything else, more than drama, theater, and intrigue, sports are about giant parties. Explain to me how Brady winning in Tampa for casual Floridians who’d choose a day at the beach over watching the game would create a bigger party than the Buffalo Bills finally winning one.
Bigger party = better game. We all know this.

He's defying all odds
Imagine if Mike Tyson went back into the ring and won the Heavyweight Championship
Now he's doing it on a brand new team away from Belichick
It's tremendous story - once he does retire - there needs to be an epic movie made about him
Maybe Mark Wahlberg, Ben Affleck, Matt Damon or John Cena can play him
I really think years and years from now - we'll all look back thankful we got to watch as football fans - that we witnessed the greatest ever
Imagine if Jordan never got old? Gretzky? Bonds?

He's 43 years old - away from Belichick for the first time - in a new environment
And he's on the cusp of reaching the Super Bowl again - as a 43 year old QB
Imagine if he does go into the SB and knock off the defending Champs and the next Big Thing Patrick Mahomes?
This is stuff movies are made of

I'm a sucker for Cinderella Man, The Natural, Rocky, Warrior - I've actually cried at sports films - all of these that I've mentioned
Now imagine John Cena playing Tom in a movie that is being directed by Michael Bay....

However, I’m definitely with you in that doing it away from Belichick would certainly be a tremendous achievement. Winning with the greatest ever versus winning with Bruce Arians, what’s more impressive? Glad we’re all agreed on this.

Thank God you’re not a Hollywood producer either.

Thank God you’re not a Hollywood producer either. I don't know... a Tom Brady biopic in which he is actually a figment of Bill Belichick's imagination while opposing teams were really just predators and xenomorphs the whole time could be a great way to tie in the NFL and AvP universes.

For all the AvP bashing that goes on on this board - I implore you to all watch again
Know how some movies gain cult status as the years go on?
For instance - everybody thought JAWS: The Revenge (IV) was utterly ridiculous. People laughed at the thought of a Great White jumping out of the water, people laughed at it traveling the globe, etc etc. One thing Shark Week taught us - Great Whites can breach (jump out of) the water, also Sharks do travel the globe
AvP - there's many theories out there of pyramids being buried under the Antarctic ice which were created by an ancient civilization - there's even some theories out there that they were in fact created by extraterrestrials. I actually just watched AvP a coulple of days back - it's not a bad flick - and has a great plot - I can't remember if it was Ridley Scott or James Cameron - but one of them absolutely loved the premise and loved the entire plot
Give it a watch again - it's a lot better than you'd expect

And I think it was this guy that lauded the plot of AvP:

This brings me back to like grade school - but remember in History class when we were taught about Pangea? It was pretty much one giant land mass before the continents split
Then when the continents split - Antarctica then became an unlivable area
It would make sense for ancient pyramids to be all over the globe - as at one time Antarctica was inhabited by humans, apes or perhaps even life forms from another planet
And sharks are known to be very smart creatures - I'm not saying Bruce followed Ellen down to the Caribbean - but maybe it was her own dumb luck that she ran into the shark down there. They're known to travel. If I was her I just would have moved to Nebraska

Not sure that your timeline really checks out... I don't know if the shark followed the Brody family to the Bahamas. It certainly seems that way, and sharks definitely are known to check flight records. All I know is that THAT time it was personal.

If you're suggesting that humans existed during the Pangea period - no they didn't. And Antarctica has never had an indigenous population.

What was? The plot of a fictional movie with 'Alien' in the title? Who would have guessed?
