Here are my picks for the conference championship games
Packers over Buccaneers - I think this will be a good battle, but I’ll take the Packers because I think they can match up well with the Bucs, I think they can run the ball better and I think they will win the battle at the line of scrimmage.
Final Score - Packers 37 Bucs 31
Chiefs over Bills - This one is hard to pick because so much depends on whether or not Mahomes is ready to go but I’ll take the Chiefs regardless, I think they have a better team, I’ll go with the Chiefs.
Final Score - Chiefs 26 Bills 23

The victory over the Rams has next to no gravitas due to the injury of Goff, and the regular season wasn't that strong either: they lost against the Saints, The Colts, and the Bucs, except for the Titans also no strong victories over teams with a winning record. At times they were questioned if they are the real deal. I would say yes but only to a certain degree.
The cold weather is no pro argument: Brady, Gronk and Co. are used to the cold, and many Packers players grown up and played most of the time of their careers in warmer regions, and there will be only a limited crowd.
The Bucs have more weapons. The Packers didn't mind to draft them this season, and this might backfire now. If the Bucs have a weakness, then the passing defense, what was hardly a matter against Brees' Saints in the last game. And the strong suit is the defense against a team that relays heavy on the rushing game.
More important: In 2020, the Packers aren’t getting enough sacks or pressures, and that against a QB like Brady.
The strengths (rushing play) and weaknesses (passing game/no blitz capability) of the Packers suit the Bucs (good rushing defense, poor passing defense; good pocket QB with many weapons, but not very agile when the pocket breaches)
But the Packers do not put pressure on the pocket, and they can't (on paper through) capitalize the Bucs weakness in the passing defense.
They Bucs also have the momentum, the discipline and they click.
Buffalo Bills 23 - The Kansas City Football Team 34 I think Mahomes will make the difference.

Packers 32 - Buccaneers 24
- Packers imo are the hotter team. Theyre clicking on offense and defense isn't getting enough attention on how much better they have played lately. That regular season game was an odd one. GB was up 10-0 and then the pick six shifted all momentum. If GB doesn't turn it over giving TB good field position imo they win.
Bills 23 - Chiefs 21
- Chiefs aren't playing as well as they did last year. Some may say they're "bored" but imo they're just not as hungry. This Bills team is and I think they win it on a game winning field goal.
