Here is what I do.
Flour Salt Pepper Celery Salt Garlic Powder Basil
Mix, Put chickens breast in mix. Put in air frier until done.
Note: I feel like I am missing some stuff that I put in my mix. But I for the life of me can't remember.

Maybe I should buy an air frier one of these days. I simply follow the usual recipe for chicken salad (chicken breast, celery, salt and pepper) and put it between two slices of white bread with a thin slice of onion.

I don't care, much, for chicken salad sandwiches, where the chopped chicken is mixed with other ingredients. I prefer sliced chicken breast (preferably from the whole bird, as opposed to a commercial package).
I like lettuce, tomato, mayo and salt/pepper. It's good on a variety of breads. On a friend's recommendation, I recently tried it on Pita bread ... delicious.

Yes, and I made one today. Pulled all the chicken off a freshly roasted one, and used the leftover meat. All I did was dice the chicken into little pieces, mix with mayonnaise and about a tablespoon of half n' half to make it smooth and creamy. I then add in some "Everything" spice, and it's perfect. Put this between two pieces of bread, some lettuce and tomato.
