Guess what?
The Bible was rewritten
In Fact - multiple times and has different versions
However there are a few hardcore loony extremists who are under the impression that the Baseball Hall of Fame as well as it's rules and regulations - is the most virtuous temple in the history of mankind - and it's qualifications for inclusion should never be altered - even 600 years from now
So what camp are you in?
Bible or HOF?

I’ll take the hall of fame of the greatest sport ever over some collection of stories.

I’ll take the hall of fame of the greatest sport ever over some collection of stories. John 3:18
'Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son.'
You're welcome
You're in my prayers

How can you not follow the words of the Bible with advice like this?
“You shall have a place outside the camp, and you shall go out to it. And you shall have a trowel with your tools, and when you sit down outside, you shall dig a hole with it and turn back and cover up your excrement.” – Deuteronomy 23:12-13

And you shall have a trowel with your tools, and when you sit down outside, you shall dig a hole with it and turn back and cover up your excrement.” – Deuteronomy 23:12-13 That's the beauty of the Bible
It's been rewritten
i.e. - The Old Testament was a vengeful God
The New Testament is a loving God
Interpretations have been altered a tad over the years
However God forbid we change the Baseball Hall of Fame rules to adapt with the times - how sacrilegious - what blasphemy
No wonder it's a dying sport - stuck in archaic times - caveman thinking
Old saying in life - if you're not willing to adapt - you will soon become extinct - just like baseball because it fails to realize the error of it's ways

Anyone here read The Boomer Bible? It is a funny parody, or may be it is an update to the Bible

Jesus Christ would vote Barry Bonds into the Hall of Fame. He looked out for, and forgiven sinners.
Of course The Bible is far more important than a popularity contest for a sport.

Jesus Christ would vote Barry Bonds into the Hall of Fame. He looked out for, and forgiven sinners. As my die hard Christian friend would say "God has his reason". He also said that on Jan 20th.

Give those people trowels! Well, we are kind of low in budget for now and can't afford trowels, so we just use our left hand. God understands the limitation.
