It's hard to picture Quaid laughing at AIDs and tripling the deficit, but if he tries hard enough I think he can encompass that Reagan spirit. Perhaps he can do a little method work where he goes around urinating on homeless mental patients while he munches on jelly beans and quotes sci-fi movies.

Sadly Phil Hartman been our best Reagan so far. Phil Hartman was our best Reagan, our best Clinton, our best Sinatra, our best Charlton Heston in Soylent Green, our best Frozen Caveman Lawyer, etc.
