After 3 episodes, with for me the third being the best, I'd give it an overall rating of 7.5/10. Good, but a bit of a slow burn. I can see why they gave 3 episodes to the critics because the 3rd episode you slow down the sitcom world building and move into the plot a bit.
Acting, cinematography, attention to detail are all great. Writing again little bit of a slow burn and they could've made the fact that the flatter/lamer/sillier of the jokes were meant to be that way to be more obvious. They could also throw in more of the surreal scenes, but again I think they were going for more of a slow burn.
On a side note. I forgot how funny Paul Bettany could be. He can pull off hapless and silly to dry/sardonic/sarcastic well.

With some kind of rating system, I'd imagine.

8/10. Three episodes in, it's very good. The acting style, writing, and production values are spot on as they emulate classic sitcom styles from the 1950s to 1970s. Elizabeth Olsen and Paul Bettany are definitely having fun with this. I'm also loving Kathryn Hahn in this series. There are pretty of Easter eggs to search for, which adds more fun.
