he was nice enough to clean my room and i awarded him with pizza. unlike my piece of shit ex who gave me shit for cleaning because i needed the lights on and it bothered him because he was on cocaine.

From what you've said, that Ruskie throwing out anything because of the smell is deeply ironic. sweat from a healthy, substance-free young person smells different from items from a junkie's apartment. neighbours complained about my ex because of cigarette and marijuana smoke coming from his unit and he tried to use air fresheners and candles to mask it. when i lived with my ex i liked how he smelled too.

k now i'm kinda paranoid that maybe i'm losing my sense of smell which is one of the covid symptoms. or maybe it's just dry air. that combined with the fact covid has been confirmed in a building a couple dozen metres from me and my roommate's possible symptoms.
