The Godfather and Jack (1996) were directed by the same person

The same guy who wrote Zodiac wrote Independence Day: Resurgence, which means he wrote one of the best movies I have ever seen and one of the worst.

That reminds me that the director of Boys Don't Cry did the extremely lame Carrie remake. Yup. I like some of Bill Condon's other movies and Gods and Monsters isn't even my favorite of his movies. Kinsey is his best movie imo. The director of Boys Don't Cry didn't really go anywhere after that movie unfortunately.
