I love Saoirse Ronan so I will find a place for her in my team, even though as far as I can remember the only action movie she’s done was Hanna back in 2011, in which she played a teenage girl raised by her father to be a top assassin. Have you seen Byzantium? Not exactly an action flick, but she does play a vampire.

I'm going to nab another steady working actor who I'm surprised isn't a bit more famous, Thomas Kretschmann. He's in Blade 2, Resident Evil (one of them, they all blend together at this point), he's a minor Marvel villain (Wolfgang von Strucker), was in King Kong, Wanted, Downfall, U-571 and a slew of others. He's a classic "that guy" because you've definitely seen him in various things.

I'm basically putting together a John Carpenter collection within my team. They Live is enough, but Hell Comes to Frogtown is a wild and strange movie that works in his favor too. Plus a ton of cheapo B movies, and a memorable appearance in It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia.

Sweet, looks like I'm up again. I'm going with a personal favorite, Jenette Goldstein. Not a huge resume, but she played ultimate badass Vazquez in Aliens. She was also the step mom in Terminator 2, and appeared as the Irish mom in Titanic, completing a Cameron hat trick of sorts. She also had a small part in Lethal Weapon 2, meeting her maker due to a well-placed bomb on her diving board.

I must have watched Aliens and Terminator 2 several times each, and I've never noticed that John Connor's foster mom and Vazquez (the ultimate badass indeed!) were played by the same actress.
On a side note, I can't believe that Vazquez was not Hispanic! Good thing that Twitter didn't exist back then, otherwise can you imagine the outrage?

The Highlander, Vercingetorix (aka 'Druids' lol), among many others. He even played the titular character in a post apocalyptic version of Beowulf, which is hilariously awful. It came out in 1999 but feels 100% like it was made in 1987. A must watch for terrible action movie fans.

He was also in Subway, which must have been one of Luc Besson's first movies. I remember loving it at the time, but that was over thirty years ago. I think it had plenty of stylish action in it.
