I like to put it in a cookie sheet single layer for 15 to 20 minutes. Perfect ! How do you fix bacon? I used to cook it in the oven I just forgot, next time I'll do it in the oven .

When I cook a burger, I put 2 slices of bacon in the pan, and then cook the burger in the bacon fat π.

I have this rack from walmart www.walmart.com/ip/seort/701028081I just put foil on the tray. The excessive grease just falls right off. It's great. Once I'm done cooking it, I just stick the tray into my fridge to cool down the bacon grease that's on the foil then I throw it out

Air fryer. 10 minutes at 335. Flip halfway. Don't like rubbery/fatty, don't want too brittle or burned.

This thread is from February, and, tonight, I'm finally going to try bacon-in-the-oven! I'm going to do a BLT, with a side of 3 bean salad. I bought the salad at the deli. I have plenty of time, so I'll to the low-slow method of 30 minutes, at 250.

So, I cranked the heat up to 300 for a few more minutes. I didn't see a great difference from stove top. One thing I'll try next time is putting the slices on a rack, rather than flat on the pan.

Although I haven't timed it, I'm guessing my frying pan method, on about medium heat, only takes about 10-12 minutes, maybe less.

I prepare bacon on a frying pan. I may try some time to cook a few strips inside an air fryer.

The best way to prepare bacon is whatever maintains the most grease. If you canβt feel it clogging your arteries as it goes down, itβs not great bacon.
