This is the first piece of media I’ve seen that is set during the pandemic but wasn’t filmed during that time.
Only two years later but I did feel a little nostalgic about the state of the internet (primarily Reddit) during that time. It was a blast following this saga real time.

OK movie, but very loud, especially with its music choices. Dano is awesome (no surprise) but no other characters are that interesting. Also, there are multiple docs covering this story on nearly every streamer. It just generally lacks depth.

I wish it further delved into perhaps the desperation of the situation among both billionaires as well as Gabe as well. For a situation which had such a ripple effect really, you never get the sense of the wider change at play.
