I don't know what her version is, but you called it fucked up, so I can only assume you reject it. “Fucked up” is an objective fact about her particular faith based upon her assumption that Trump is a good man, chosen by God. Do you accept her version as the truth. Yes or no? You used the word “reject,” not me. But let’s say I did, what’s wrong with rejecting her religion? That would not mean I am doing so in favor of my own as I don’t have one. I see nothing wrong with rejecting any religion, especially if it says someone (anyone!) is chosen by God, much less Donald Trump. But you said her version was a fucked up version; that the real version amounts to bullying people into submitting to God's will. All I'm saying is that according to everything I know about Christianity (and I'm no scholar, mind you), your version is just as fucked up as you say hers is.

And the bullying part comes from her arrogance that she owns the truth to the point she can impose her will upon mine, not her religion per se. The bullying has nothing to do with what Jesus preached and everything to do with aggressive behavior. The churches have down through their existences have murdered people who did not submit to their will. True or false? Surely some religions have, but if it has nothing to do with what Jesus preached, then it has nothing to do with Christianity. Actually, the so-called separation of church and state prevents the government from restricting the peoples' right to choose their own religion. Or none at all. Jesus himself never founded a religion. He was part of a movement to reform Judaism which they saw as totally corrupted and in the pocket of Rome. Christianity came about because of his followers built it up as such over several hundred years. And the Golden Rule ethic existed long before Jesus used it. Huh. Imagine that.
