I try to always pick up after my dog but it almost put me into hospital last Saturday. The dumb mutt decided to do his business up on top of a small hill which also happens to be a war memorial. We had experienced a lot of rain recently so I took care going up hill and also took care coming down. Unfortunately I still managed to find a strip of extra slippy mud and executed a legs up in the air head hitting the ground fall then lay there for a minute or so while reassuring people that I wasn’t broken.
I spotted a couple of dog piles on the hill so I did feel a sense of moral superiority as the rain fell upon me.

Doing the right thing and all and getting a crack on the noggin for your trouble? Are you okay after the wipe out with the poo?

Never put someone on speaker phone without telling them. This is something everyone does now because it's become an accepted practice, but it's rude and it annoys me.

Luckily I fell backwards onto grass but at first I was worried about being concussed. I’ve had a bit of first aid training but the only symptom that I appeared to have was a slight loss of balance. If I’d had more than that I’d have wobbled up the road to the hospital.

I agree with with 47 of the 48 things mentioned which one do you not agree with? Ask Permission to Use Someone's First Name

"Ask Permission to Use Someone's First Name."
I agree that that one is appropriate sometimes, but is driven by circumstance. It could come off as "stuffy," in casual settings.
Otherwise, I think it's an excellent list.

They need to add in some additional rules, like not eating Klingon food in mixed company.

Good list, some of them are very situational, but really good. The turn signal one is actually one of my peeves. I always use my turn signal properly so it always drives me nuts that most don't.

I agreed with all except maybe one, but overall very good advice. They may seem like little things but it's (unpleasantly) surprising how many people don't feel they need to be courteous to anyone. I would just like to emphasize how important the tip for helping people reach higher shelves is - because I'm very short and need all the help I can get!

Talking with earbuds in public and shouting behind me in the grocery store.... appears you are insane and or oblivious. Go fuck yourself. Speak in private or be public. I will call you a cunt to your face. Not muttering around with a device, jackass. Fool.

As for opening doors for people and letting others cut ahead of you in line, all the pics show men deferring to women. The slide show mentions nothing about gender though, but heterosexist chivalry is implied.
I always open doors for women. But I sometimes get dirty looks from women when I do it.
What about etiquette related to gender? Why is that ignored by the politically correct guide? It's just more "woke" ignorance of reality.
That's my only criticism. And yes, sneezing into your elbow. I always do that and wish everybody did.

I agree with you, but someone told me they do it every time for sanitary reasons. (not wanting to put their phone to their ear I guess)

I hold doors for people, respect look, nod etc. Spitting and horking in public? Fuck your culture, that's an attention grab. Shitting on the toilet seat? Religion? C'mon man. Respect the next guy dude, like Beau and Hunter, man. Leave it like ya saw it. It's a mess....... - J Biden
Edit: I respect doors because they physically can hurt, not glass doors and ceilings talk. Hold the door open for others, pays back.

Especially when I'm waiting for them to pass so I can turn only for them to sloooooooow down and turn next to me. Bonus points if they blow my chance to turn.
