Forgive me if this was discussed in a previous thread. This news is about five months old and I'm only learning of it now because Armie Hammer has been removed from the project for somewhat abominable behavior. Apparently Paramount is launching yet another streaming service and one of it's first projects is a limited series named "The Offer". This is a 10 episode (!!) scripted series about the making of THE GODFATHER. I can't imagine what they are going to put into 10 episodes. I think maybe five tops could tell the story. Will I watch it? Of course. I can only imagine how the casting will surely become a colossal undertaking. (Hammer was set to play producer Al Ruddy before his dismissal.) Feel free to throw out some casting ideas. Does my thought of Tom Hardy as Marlon Brando sound reasonable or outrageous? There is a five month old blurb about it here. Not sure why it isn't more in the news. The Offer

Isapop. I had that exact same thought about Seth Rogan when wondering about who might play the excitable, slightly insane young Coppola. Him or maybe Borat.
