Made 6 chicken legs in the air fryer. 30 min at 400, then put hot sauce on 3 and garlic and salt on the others and did another 5 min. Out of interest, what's your hot sauce of choice? Or do you make your own?

I managed some BBQ beef crisps with a glass of vino before I had to retire after the first 10 mins and two studio breaks already on the table! Think I was too tired to have made it in any case this year, but you know something's wrong when you're forgetting to switch back from the women's football on the other channel 😂.

Or do you make your own? I have about 35 or 40 hot sauces, going up to 3.5 million scoville or so. If I'm going to douse something, I use this. But I should add some thickener next time, as they've watered it down some.

Sometimes have Sriracha as a dip. And use Encona in cooking. Don't like smoked hot sauces like Franks.

Don't like smoked hot sauces like Franks. Down to 28. Used some and tossed a few that said to refrigerate after opening after my fridge died. I have an ancient Cholula in the pantry with a code and no date. Separated out. I like the wooden hat. Smells fine. Don't really care for vinegary or Tabasco types. I used to go to the Austin Hot Sauce festival every year and go tasting crazy. I have all sorts from the basics to Carolina Reaper puree to habanero extract to BBQ hot sauce to chocolate. Hope I can still handle them.
