But I was just legitimately curious why it should be labeled as bitching when it's essentially the same complaint you had with WW (visual presentation). Why not just provide a counter point? Because it's not essentially the same complaint, so I don't need a counter point. I'm not sure how much more simply I can put it, WW and DC in general is very very grey. AOU doesn't have that problem. I don't know how else to say it.

You're just singly out one look and pretending like there are no others. Yes, AoU isn't dark but it does in fact have its own visual look that, like the DC movies, is heavily color graded... Just in a different way. It's the same complaint, dude. You are just oversimplifying it to color v dark when it's so much more complex than that.

This is why I said you were having your own conversation. I'm talking about other things, like the background objects etc, which are still grey. It's more than just the color grading, so no it's really not the same.
And it's not bitching because it's not the same conversation, but honestly, this conversation is getting extremely boring, so I'm going to stop. Cool?

Almost all of the background objects in AoU's interior shots are digitally colored teal. So yes, it is the same. Again, I just think maybe you don't understand what color grading is.

Please google still shots of Justice League and WW and you'll see what I mean about everything being shades of grey. It's far more than the color grading, and that's why I'm stopping, because you're apparently committed to the idea that it is. So have a good time with that.

But why is it bitching/nitpicking to talk about color timing in AoU then? It's a major factor in determining a movie's aesthetic. The color timing in AoU is a gigantic problem with that movie's aesthetic. I don't understand the distinction you're trying to make here. Because AOU looks great, and WW/BVS/JL, etc look charcoal grey and bland. I'm not understanding why it's even a debate. Isn't that common knowledge?
Look man, I like AoU way more than MoS or BvS but you're being ridiculously biased here.

Well I admit I'm a total freak, but I don't think that interferes with blindly defending the MCU to a pathetic degree, no matter how petty or stupid it makes me look all the time. Also, I like pretty colors. FIFY.

As long as you also admit that everything in AoU is orange and teal.

It beats looking like everything is covered in soot any day.
I think maybe this is the part where we have a misunderstanding. It's not that things are tinted. I don't care about that. At all. It's that the DCU looks like everything happens near a recent volcano explosion.

Fair enough. And I totally get that. I don't like the look of MoS and BvS either btw. I just personally hate the orange teal tinting just as much. To me it's like looking at two different cars with ugly colors... One is purple, one is pink. They're different colors but both cars are just as ugly to me.
