Maybe they need the vaccine. Maybe they don't. Crusader is God. Crusader knows if it's best for them or not, off of an article that doesn't really tell you if they need it or not.
I don't know how isolated they are. Some tribes are really, really, really isolated.

Sometime back in the Twentieth Century, the CDC and WHO were trying to eradicate smallpox, and many Islamic followers were told not to accept the vaccinations. It really is amazing that we humans finally did accomplish that.

There's an agenda with these types, i.e. assimilate or die. If they're having problems with getting these tribes to convert to Xtianity, then I have not much doubt that the covert attitude is to encourage those who won't accept The Way, The Truth & The Light to behaviors that end up decimating their numbers. These evangelical loons have little or no concern about the physical well-being of those they seek to convert in this sinful material world. Their baseline concern lies in harvesting more souls for Jesus, and if they can't accomplish that end to their satisfaction, then to hell (literally and metaphorically) with those recalcitrant and heathen earthly forms.

I've known too many missionaries, and not one does what you just said. Are you living in some bubble and just want to believe the demons that try to tell us that "fair is foul and foul is fair"? We know there are maniacs like you who stalk and gawk and video tape every move made by someone you want to prove is a "hypocrite", so you maniacs can say "Aha!" Yet you still have to cherry pick to find times to say "Aha!" Grow up. Maybe you can grow out of some of that unprovoked and unrelenting hate you have against love.

I've seen little evidence that what missionaries practice is properly describable as 'love', either spiritual or physical (in the case of some individuals, possibly; as a movement entire, no). Rabid zeal to inflict one's particular belief system on another's whole social construct, often in profoundly destructive ways (and one doesn't have to cherry-pick examples from the missionary movement to find plentiful and painful examples of this) does not, in my book, constitute any manner of loving thy neighbor, Dry. Love for one's neighbor first and foremost begins with tolerance and respect for his differences, something toward which the whole thrust of missionary work is designed to run counter. If wanting to see that sort of tolerance become the religious norm as opposed to something religion often time seeks to destroy is immature, then I'll be okay with continuing to exist in my state of immaturity.

Saving souls is their mission as they see it. Not saving lives. Though there are many good hearted folks doing missionary work. It usually the Christians sitting in the pews who want Jesus to notice how much they love him by donating to the missions. I hate missionaries with a passion, and I don't hate many people other than the usual rapists murderers Nazis and Trump etc. To me it is the ultimate hyposcrisy of Chritianity ( or whatever religion is being pushed ) to attempt to change the lives of innocent people in the aggrandising of your own ego and that of your personal religion. They destroy cultures lives livelihoods and all the things that make individual humans and their societies so precious.

I've posted this before and will recommend it again, the book "The Poisonwood Bible" by Barbara Kingsolver. It is about a missionary family in Africa, starting in the 1960s, and the damage done by the father's obsessive beliefs, not just to the Africans but also to his family. Definitely not a pro-missionary book. Though there is one good missionary that is married to an African woman; he and his family travel over the area, giving food to the hungry and medicine to the sick, and in general enhancing the quality of life. But he is an exception.
