I'm a fan of NCIS, especially a fan of Abby.
I just bought Bert, the farting hippo that Abby has in her lab. They do make it clear that while the hippo *farts* it doesn't sound like it does on NCIS. I heard a recording, and it just makes these weird, loud noises.
I ordered it off of Amazon. The reviews are mostly positive, and while the original shows a dreadful collar, some mention the seller swaps the collar out, it's easy enough to go to a pet store and buy a little spiked collar for the stuffed hippo.
Considering I buy squeaky toys for my dog, and they make all sorts of different noises, I can't help but think it'd be pretty simple to make one of those little squeakers that sounds like a whoopie cushion to stuff in there.
