I wouldn't say I am a fan of Ridley Scott - I am just someone who watches practically every high-profile movie that comes out that is not Fast and Furious or a gory slasher movie or a juvenile comedy. Since Ridley Scott doesn't do those, it naturally follows that I would have seen practically all of his movies. But he is not a director whose new films I eagerly look forward to, like Tarantino or Christopher Nolan or Almodovar or Jean-Pierre Jeunet.
