I'd say no, if they're not dancing professionally. It's a form of self expression.
And what if you have a partner who can't dance? Then you are deprived the pleasure of dancing.
People shouldn't be pretentious snobs on the dance floor. Let everyone try out the "moves" which are meaningful to them.

I don't think people should ever be cancelled, but there's nothing wrong with having a bit of fun at the expense of those who are lacking in the art of dance. If anyone disagrees, they are welcome to come dance with me and hopefully I can provide them some improvement.
