wild frozen blueberries frozen Kale banana whole flax seed vega protein powder chia seeds ceylon cinnamon (the one with the longer name is toxic) cacao nibs (sometimes) one date hemp hearts pumpkin seeds (when I have them) spirulina organic matcha tea (expensive, not always) Acai(expensive, not always) celery green apples cucumbers bee pollen(expensive, not always) almond milk
(sometimes I half it then the next day the other half)

Strawberries and bananas are my favorites, but I'm open to plenty of ingredients for smoothies!

Strawberries and bananas are my favorites, but I'm open to plenty of ingredients for smoothies! I think you could experiment more. Frozen Kale and or Spinach last a long time. Frozen Pineapple is excellent for you. Sometimes I open capsules too, it's a great way to get all your nutrients. Some people worry about combining fruits with veggies, but a blender breaks down the cellulose in veggies
