From the cinematographer: “.. “[The Flash is] going great. I mean, it's a complex movie, and it's a fantastic concept of bringing in the generations of these kind of comic books. Again, it's not really a comic book movie. It's not based in reality, but it’s a much more kind of technically complex — I think all the filmmakers are really keen that the technical complexity of the storytelling doesn't get in the way of just good quality filmmaking. Hopefully, I don't think it'll ever come across as a superhero movie. It will come across as a movie, and that's what it is. I think that's the way these things need to go. We need to be making great, great, great films that happen to have superheroes who have truthful characters behind them, with all the character flaws that we find in humanity.” thedirect.com/article/flash-ezra-miller-comic-book-movie

No idea what this could mean. One theory that it could reference Red Death?

New rumor concerning the multiverse. TEXT: A recent rumor teased that the possibility of a Crisis on Infinite Earths-type event film for the DCEU—think of it as a Multiverse crossover extravaganza—would be teased at the end of next year’s The Flash. Even more interesting is how that event may work on screen. When directly asked how Crisis is teased, industry insider KC Walsh wouldn’t spoil all the details, but he did reveal that the tease in question “ involved [Ben Affleck’s] Batman.” He went on to clarify that The Flash film itself is not restoring the Snyderverse nor putting that continuity in the spotlight. Instead, it simply “sets up Crisis” by including a tease showing Ben Affleck’s Batman. This means he, and likely everyone else in his timeline, isn’t completely erased from existence.
He mentioned how the references to the Synderverse are “not explicit,” and that outside of a few vague conversations, that previous timeline is no longer the focus: “[The Synderverse] sounds like it’s referenced but not explicit, I. E. Iris remembers Barry and Batman and Barry discuss him having traveled through time before, there are no direct references, no Knightmare universe, nothing specific outside of those discussions.”
In concluding his thread, KC Walsh makes it clear that "Batfleck is still very much done with DCEU:" "Batfleck is still very much done with DCEU, but leaving the door open for him to come back during a Crisis event if he wants makes sense, but I'll take the L"thedirect.com/article/batman-ben-affleck-flash-dc-return

Possible plot leak (again wtf DC?). Take with a grain of salt.

Barbara Muschietti, who is a producer on The Flash and the sister of Andy Muschietti, recently responded to a fan on Instagram about a new The Flash trailer. While Muschietti wouldn't say when it will be released, she did make it clear that it will be "soon."

God, imagine what a bullet WB could’ve dodged if they had just allowed Miller’s contract to expire back in 2019.
