...As an adult? Meaning, it was a movie that you originally loved as an adult, then years later returned to it and didn’t like it anymore?
Pirates of the Caribbean came out when I was in high school. I thought it was great then, and I continued to love it into adulthood. However, after returning to it last night for the first time in years I found that, although I still enjoyed parts of it (Johnny Depp and Geoffrey Rush, mainly) I just didn’t really like it all that much anymore. It felt kind of silly and overly cute.
And it was kind of jarring seeing it with such a new and negative perspective, especially since I still love A LOT of goofy fantasy movies so my taste, generally speaking, hasn’t changed all that much.

Yes. This has happened to me before.
I used to LOVE a few films. I’ll rate them on rate of change.
Now I...
LIKE:
1. Rocky 3-4. As a kid, I thought they were awesome. Now I see them for what they are. Just 80s action popcorn flicks. I rarely watch them anymore. Usually just Rocky or Rocky II. 2. Back to the Future III. I used to think it was a perfect trilogy. Now I see how much of a step back it was from the first two. 3. Batman Begins (I still think it’s good, but I used to be one of those people who defended it and said it’s better than the Dark Knight. I don’t anymore.)
TOLERATE:
1. Rocky V. It teeters on hate and tolerate. I like parts of it with Mickey and his son. Then the parts with Duke and Tommy Gunn are trash. 2. Pirates of the Caribbean. Same as you. The whole trilogy actually. 3. Superman II (I used to love this movie. Top 25. Now it’s just meh). I prefer the Donner Cut now. 4. Suicide Squad. I wanted to love this movie so much. I convinced myself I liked it because I wanted the DCEU to work so much. Now that the Snyder DCEU verse is over, I can admit it sucks. It has potential, and I would love to see the Ayer cut. I don’t HATE it because there are some good moments.
DON’T LIKE AT ALL ANYMORE:
1. Spider-Man 3. Saw it on a date. We had a good night together. I think I just had emotions attached to it. I hate it now. Love “Bully Maguire Memes” though. 2. Alice in Wonderland (Live Action) (I used to watch this and love it all the time. One day, I watched it and I just hated it. Couldn’t figure out what changed in me) 3. Because of Winn-Dixie (I used to connect with this film so much. I grew up in Florida and was misunderstood. I read the book then saw the movie. It was one of those wholesome films that just made me feel good. I saw it recently with my son. I hated it. Lost my connection with it. I think I outgrew that need I had at the time I liked it. 4. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: Secret of the Ooze. As a kid, I thought it was so fun. Like a live action cartoon. Now I see it as such a corny joke of a film. The first one still holds to this day. It’s still amazing. I can’t even watch TMNT II.

Slumdog Millionaire.
I was about 20 when it came out and I absolutely loved it. I went to see it twice and I bought the dvd. I put it on for the first time in over ten years the other day and found it nearly unwatchable.

I would like to watch that again maybe. I said recently, but that was a year ago. Maybe I was in a bad place that day.

Disney's "Davy Crockett, King Of The Wild Frontier." It consumed my life as a fifth grader but a few decades on, it is so bad that it is actually funny.

What is the obsession with Slumdog Millionaire? up until this day the popularity of that film still baffles me.

Smokey and the Bandit. I must have watched that 100+ times when I was a kid. I watched it again last and thought "really?". Jackie Gleason's character was cute but it wore thin after a few minutes. The rest of the cast, meh

I think because it's such a classically uplifting story with the likable young hero overcoming the odds and all, it just managed to really connect with people in a certain way.

Rushmore Lost in Translation V for Vendetta Superman Returns Lost in Translation slipped a bit for me once, but I realized I wasn’t in the right head space for it. It’s definitely a “mood” film for me. And I’d say Superman Returns is good until the plane rescue. Then it gets muddled down and slows bad. I would have rather had him saving people first. Then the rooftop scene with Lois. Then the plane rescue be the finale. Maybe have higher stakes and have something to do with Lex and the space shuttle. It’s just too long and borning in the 3rd act.

Speaking of Smokey and the Bandit though, it's like Casablanca or something compared to its sequels.

Odd discussion...
I can't really think of any movie that I first liked, as an adult, that I "don’t like anymore"... Sure, most movies tend to loose some of their attraction or excitement, after you've seen them "Hundreds" of times... And I could probably list quite a few of those... But, I still like them, and I will still watch them every once in a while.

Lots of comedies. Most of Jim Carey's 90s stuff is unwatchable to me today, though I thought it was hilarious back then.

Never.
It's not fun if you outgrow a movie you once liked.
