NoT Land. Wow what a self absorbed snoozefest that was.
Is judas and the black messiah good? At first glance it looked like just another black movie? But seems like their may be more to it. And it has good ratings sooo... but it seems like a step down for that cutey raccoon eyes guy.

I've only watched two films, which were Malcolm & Marie and Judas and the Black Messiah. The latter is a really good historic drama and mainly elevated by the performances of the two leads. I wouldn't waste your time on Malcolm & Marie. It reminded me of Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf with it being about two characters having monologues and filmed in black-and-white. However, the script is just lackluster with Sam Levinson mainly using Malcolm to deliver diatribes about film critics and not being taken seriously as a director. It overstays its welcome quite a bit.
