Yay! Hope their shops and the way they do it are better than the medical dispensaries they have, because those suck.

I'd like to think that as more states are getting with the program, they're going to get quicker and better in getting on the ball. They're still doing this in a bit of a patchwork fashion.

Wonder what the last state to come around will be??? The same EXACT thing I think of every time I hear of another state joining the "club". No doubt they will ALL, eventually, get there......but SOMETHING tells me the last few will have to go KICKING AND SCREAMING, and probably not do so for many, Many, MANY years.... SAVE FERRIS

SAVE FERRIS After a quick search it looks like Idaho is the only state that hasn't let up on it's law. Which makes no sense. Who doesn't like an infused baked potato? A potato pancake edible? Seems like a no-brainer to me.

Well, if they take as long as Massachusetts to get it going, seems I'll still be going to Massachusetts for another five years! it took that long? Not in all Massachusetts. On Cape Cod it took forever. There was only one dispensary just before the Bourne Bridge in Wareham. Last year, there was one opened in Provincetown, and another waiting opening. I'm guessing there will be at least two in P-Town this Summer.

There is no danger of cops scoping out these places looking to get people who go across state lines? That would be my only concern

Also, the dispensary is for both medical and recreational. They can't be there scoping it out if they are from out-of-state jurisdictions. So, it's very difficult to have probable cause to search.

Asking for a friend ofcourse Yes, there is a limit on how much you can purchase. Retailers can only sell up to an ounce of marijuana or five grams of marijuana concentrate in a given transaction. That’s the same amount a person can legally possess in public, but you can have up to 10 ounces at home. Recreational edibles can only have up to five milligrams of tetrahydrocannabinol, or THC, per single serving. And if multiple servings are sold together, the total package can’t have more than 20 single servings, or 100 milligrams of THC. I don't know about frequency, though. But since you have to give them your ID and they have you in the system, I'm guessing there may be a limit on frequency.

I despise drugs but I still want most of if not all of them legal. In fact, I want drugs to be so mainstream that they lose their “edge” and are not “cool” anymore.
