The three leads in Jaws
Bogie in Casablanca
The MCU does a pretty damn good job of casting across the board, but the two standouts for me are Robert Downey, Jr. and Hayley Atwell.

Say what you will about the Flinstones movie, but John Goodman was the most obvious choice for Fred Flintstone. Dunno who could have been better (maybe James Gandolfini?)
