Paramount Pictures is turning to its popular movies to get ideas for new TV shows instead of coming up with original ideas. Parallax View and Love Story to also become TV shows. I don't see how some of these movies could work as a TV show with a new episode each week. We just had movies like The Mighty Ducks and The Equalizer now become TV shows. True Lies is also going to become a TV show. www.aol.com/fatal-attraction-flashdance-tv-shows-230114049.html

Truthfully I'm not adverse to any of those movies being turned into series . It would be interesting . But is Paramount one of those tv companies that their shows are performance/ratings based ? If it doesn't do well it is cut ?
I think I would enjoy a version of flashdance , and Misty Copeland is America's former premiere ballerina

Apparently the Fatal Attraction TV show will attempt to have the stalker this time being supported by her psychiatrist to love herself after each stakeout of her lover's family home lol.

Paramount related, but we're also getting a Workaholics movie.

I can see how Fatal Attraction could be made into a mini-series, but a full-blown TV show with multiple seasons?
I don't remember enough about Flashdance to have an opinion on how well it would translate to a TV show.
Italian Job? A TV show about a group of sophisticated criminals planning and executing high-stakes heists? Yeah, I suppose that could work.

Wow, I was about to post this same exact thing about Fatal Attraction working as a mini series rather than a regular TV show. The premise is way too thin, it would be ridiculous.

Not if the stalker finds a new man each season to stalk then there would be plenty of ideas for each series.

It's taking remakes to a whole new level so stretching them out as some weird serial.
God Hollywood is retarded. But the USSR was like that-have you looked at the decades of boring shit they churned out?
Totally impoverished creativity in those decades. Except they werent basing their things on any kind of commercial content from previous decades.

There's also going to be a Hell or High Water tv series. (I don't think Taylor Sheridan will have any involvement in it though. He's already got so much on his plate as it is with Yellowstone, the Yellowstone origins series, Mayor of Kingstown and a whole bunch of film projects in the works)
None of these tv shows sound remotely promising at all.

Eh, The Italian Job I could see being reworked as a White Collar/Leverage kind of show. Fatal Attraction should be a miniseries but it's their money.

They should just combine all three stories and see what happens.
