Definitely my least favorite album of theirs this side of "Turbo." "Heading out to the Highway" is easily the best song on the album. "Desert Plains" and "Solar Angels" are good too, the rest of the album...eh. The two album covers leave a lot to be desired too, although I guess I prefer the one on the left.

Below is the complete list of Priest albums I own on CD. Some of these I originally bought on vinyl and rebought on CD. Review information is from The Metal Archives. As for "Point of Entry", it's certainly better than "Turbo" - an album I bought but hated so much that I refused to keep it. And if the Metal Archives rating for "Point of Entry" represents the consensus, then I think it's underrated. IMO, "Point of Entry" is better than 66% - in fact I prefer it to "Jugulator", which is rated 73% below. As an aside, I also think "Demolition" is underrated, and I prefer that to "Jugulator" as well. Honestly never heard anything they did after British Steel. "Sad Wings" and "Sin After Sin" were my favourites before they got into the anthem stuff. Saw them back in 1979. Halford had quite the range then although all the silly heavy metal tropes took away from the music.
