Disney can't have it be called X-Men that'll upset the feminists.
Surprised it's happening so quick. I'm curious to see what mutants have been doing all this time in the MCU and why no one has discovered them yet.

Marvel's determination to dilute their heroes with bizarre alterations from previous big screen runs with other companies like MJ in Spiderman changing from a fun redhead to a constantly hungover tomboy, midget Flash also from Spiderman and now this "mutants" rubbish is starting to annoy me. Hopefully this ain't true.

I like the title. It reminds me of the 1972 DOCTOR WHO serial, THE MUTANTS. The third Doctor investigates mutations on an Earth colony called Solos, a planet of the far future. The Solonians are gradually mutating into a race of super beings, which enables them to throw off the yoke of Human rule.

I don't think it's that the title is bad but more the fact that X-Men characters being referred to as "Mutants" seems a little outdated nowadays.
