Nice choices, except for The Godfather. Where I come from, there are those that say the good guys won in that one. You may have a point. Michael had his assassins kill all other dons and avenge the death of Sonny. The movie creates a tragic arc for Michael Corleone, but I think he falls within the crack of being a villain, albeit a tragic one, and he does win in the end. |

I think Godfather II is a better example of evil winning. By the time he is sitting alone on that bench, Michael has truly become an evil man. Sad and lonely, but no one to blame but himself. |

Not sure about that, things really didn't end well for Tony. I was talking about Sosa Sure, Sosa isn't a good person at face value, but when you compare him to Tony, Tony looks like the worse person. I mean Sosa, wanting to help his friend/partner, helped provide Tony a way out his legal troubles. Tony messed it up and declared war against Sosa in return for it along with Sosa facing serious heat from that U.N. guy still being alive.
