Sure, Sosa isn't a good person at face value, but when you compare him to Tony, Tony looks like the worse person. I mean Sosa, wanting to help his friend/partner, helped provide Tony a way out his legal troubles. Tony messed it up and declared war against Sosa in return for it along with Sosa facing serious heat from that U.N. guy still being alive.
Tony 'messed it up' by having the scruples NOT to kill women and children.

Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back The Dark Knight They're stretches, but think about... I was thinking of mentioning Empire, but I can see why you'd say that. Evil did win although it was more of a battle victory than a complete war victory. But still, a win is a win.
