Yeah. Apparently the initial source that said the movie would be doing reshoots with Robert Pattinson and Colin Farrell lied, and now they’re trying to brush it off by claiming that they already did the reshoots last month.

Basically the rumor entails that Edward Nashton/Riddler (Paul Dano) succeeds in actually flooding Gotham City, creating a natural disaster. This will set up other villains like Mr. Freeze, Deathstroke, and even the Reeves-verse version of Joker .
Now that's quite a huge set-up for just the first movie. I like it for how bleak it sounds but it probably might not be real.
