 The first one I thought of, when I saw the thread a day ago, but did not have time for posting it, right there and then. Anyway, Booger (Curtis Armstrong) from the Revenge of the Nerds franchise, sure has quite a memorable fashion sense going on, at least when it comes to sporting some classic 80s t-shirts.  Another one, is from Twins (1988), and where Arnie and Danny is trying to fit into the modern world of 80s fashion.  The little people of Tromaville, show their love and support for their newly arrived super hero, Melvin aka The Toxic Avenger, in The Toxic Avenger (1984).
