I mean really, 4+hours? Sheesh, I think it's just overkill. It's longer than The Irishman.

People sat through Hamlet (1996) and that's 4 hours.

People sat through Hamlet (1996) and that's 4 hours. Well there's precedent for it yeah, but that doesn't necessarily make it a good idea.

People will have the option to watch the movie in chapters. There are seven chapter markers for it.

From what I understand, the film has chapter cards. (Good stopping points.)

They should just go the Netflix route and make a miniseries or something

I used to sit through the entire Lord of the Rings trilogy, extended editions, over a single weekend and even repeated this several times. Not that hard at all.

I mean really, 4+hours? Sheesh, I think it's just overkill. It's longer than The Irishman. It is longer than the Irishman, but it will be much more fast paced. I expect people will split the watching experience in two. Like I will!

Zack Snyder said his theatrical release will have an intermission after chapter 4.
I’m going to wake up at 3 am and watch it until 7am. It releases at 3 am in the U.S. on the East Coast.

If i think the movie is good than i have no problem sitting through a long movie.
For me 4 hours is really not a problem if i think its a good movie.

You are required - by law - to watch this movie start to finish in one sitting.
